The suppliers' filings fill in part of that blank. Broadcom's backlog went from $45.0 billion to $164.6 billion in the quarter the TPU lease was signed, and its June 10-Q names Apollo as the S-1's "another third party", with Broadcom backstopping up to $29 billion of the lease payments. So some of the risk on that bill already sits on the supplier's side.

I work at Equibles; we matched the S-1's compute deals against each partner's 10-Q here: https://equibles.com/research/anthropics-s-1-checked-against-amazon-google-microsoft-and-broadcom-filings

How AI valuations is finding way back to Mag7 earnings not just balancesheet?

Through valuation changes in non marketable securities. Significant % are from these type of paper valuation changes.

If one thinks that hyperscalers and Mag7 earnings are pristine might have to rethink.
